Operine Banton is trained in many common therapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and more. She can support a variety of clients, including children, families, adults, and seniors, and is trained in multicultural studies and experienced in serving the needs of black and indigenous people of color (BIPOC). She also provides couples counseling and support for various mental health conditions including adult ADHD and PTSD, and for people undergoing major life transitions such as immigration or divorce. Treatment with Mandala Counseling can be done in person or over the phone, via Facetime, or Zoom.
